VESSEL MANAGEMENT

MIS GROUP’s Vessel Management division consists of a highly professional team dedicated to delivering quality services and specialized technical support around the clock, whether onshore, in port, or during voyages. Our management responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) matters; ensuring compliance with the International Safety Management (ISM) and International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Codes; implementing cost control and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) monitoring programs; and overseeing a complete fleet management program that encompasses crewing, logistics, operations, technical support, and superintendence.
